All authorized Synack Reseller accounts must be in good standing.
Participants must enroll in the promotion by submitting the registration form HERE and receive email confirmation of acceptance.
All incentive payments are subject to Synack Deal Registration Rules.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the SPIFF does not violate their company’s internal sales policies.
Opportunities must meet the SPIFF guidelines set out on this page to be paid.
Synack will validate all invoices prior to payment; All payment decisions by Synack are final.
Participants are responsible for all required tax payments related to any SPIFF payment.
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws as part of the SPIFF program, including any anti-corruption, bribery and sanction laws.
Synack may suspend, terminate or modify this program at any time, without notice and reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation.
